WHAT PEOPLE SAY

Great club with very knowledgable teachers! Nice friendly and welcoming atmosphere- I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to learn a martial art. Also very family oriented so students of all ages are welcomed!

– Lee S (Dunmow TKD Student)

Thank you for continuing to work phenomenally hard on providing an excellent environment for all students.

– Sophie C (Mum of Tiger Student)

My son has recently started Tae Kwon Do in Dunmow. The class is friendly and well-structured, and he really enjoys going (actually looks forward to it!). The instructor is really helpful, encouraging and not intimidating at all, therefore ideal for children. The class is currently a mix of children and adults, however this works well and isn't detrimental to either age group, and there are other black belts there on hand to offer their expertise.

DUNMOW TKD

- ON THE BBC!

On Thursday 7th October, I was invited on to BBC Radio Essex to discuss Taekwon-Do and its popularity in the wake of the Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics.

Also in the conversation was  Clare Laybourne who was a referee at the Tokyo Paralympics.

We both discussed our experiences from very different sides of the scale. But it was clear from all sides that Taekwon-Do is a sport that can be taken up by anyone at anytime and can have huge benefits for health and confidence.
